Everything you need to know about Visibella and AI visibility monitoring.

Visibella is an AI visibility intelligence platform that helps brands understand how they appear in AI-generated answers. We scan major AI models — ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity, and DeepSeek — to measure your brand's presence, sentiment, and competitive positioning in AI-driven recommendations.

Millions of people now ask AI models for product recommendations instead of searching Google. If your brand isn't being mentioned or recommended in these AI-generated answers, you're invisible to a growing segment of potential customers. Visibella helps you understand and improve your presence in this new discovery channel.

Visibella currently monitors five major AI models: ChatGPT (OpenAI), Gemini (Google), Grok (xAI), Perplexity, and DeepSeek. Each model has different training data and recommendation patterns, so tracking all of them gives you a complete picture of your AI visibility.

Share-of-Answer™ is our proprietary metric that measures what percentage of AI-generated answers mention or recommend your brand when users ask industry-relevant questions. Think of it as "share of voice" but for AI conversations. A higher Share-of-Answer means your brand is more likely to be recommended by AI models.

The LLM Trust Score measures how confidently AI models recommend your brand across 8 trust anchors — including factual accuracy, recommendation strength, sentiment, and consistency across models. It gives you a single metric to track how trustworthy AI models consider your brand.

The AI Visibility Index is our free, public leaderboard that ranks brands across B2B SaaS categories by their visibility in AI search. It's updated weekly and shows how brands score on ChatGPT and Gemini, with combined rankings and consensus indicators. You can view it at visibella.io/ai-visibility-index.

Competitive Battle Analysis compares your brand head-to-head against up to 3 competitors across AI models. It shows where you win, lose, or tie in AI recommendations, identifies missed opportunities where competitors are mentioned but you aren't, and provides specific recommendations to improve your positioning.

Visibella sends industry-relevant questions to each AI model — the same types of questions your potential customers are asking. We then analyze every response for brand mentions, sentiment, recommendation strength, and competitive positioning. This process is called an "audit" and provides a comprehensive snapshot of your AI visibility.

We recommend running audits weekly to track trends over time. AI models update their knowledge and recommendation patterns regularly, so weekly monitoring helps you catch changes early and measure the impact of your content and PR efforts on AI visibility.

Yes. Every audit is saved in your history, and Visibella tracks your Share-of-Answer, trust scores, and competitive positioning over time. Weekly trend charts show how your AI visibility is changing, so you can correlate improvements with specific actions you've taken.

Simply sign up, choose a plan that fits your needs, and run your first audit. You'll get a comprehensive snapshot of your brand's AI visibility across all major models within minutes. We offer plans ranging from one-time snapshots to continuous weekly monitoring.

Visibella offers flexible plans: Snapshot (one-time audits with credits), Monitor (continuous weekly monitoring with full dashboard access), and Enterprise (custom solutions for larger teams with dedicated support). Visit our pricing page for current details.
